As mentioned before, ADG will now be the QC two hours a day. Thanks to Kris Jackson and Ryan Revolt for taking what seems to be one of the most profitable division (ADG), and making us more miserable than what we are now. Nevermind the constant threat of layoffs, no raises, no ability to telecommute, no ability for advancement....no. They are going to make ADG do ANOTHER job on top of ours. A job that, per Ryan, has an 8% attrition rate per month! Ever wonder WHY Kris and Ryan? Because the QC s---s. If I wanted to work for a call center, I surely wouldnt work here. Plus, why did I get my masters for? Thats right - so I could work in a call center. Why couldn't you simply leave us alone so we could lose our jobs with everyone else doing the job we were hired to do. Want folks to leave? This is the way to do it you clowns.

But you do work in a call center... and HAVE worked in a call center since the day you started here (at least). You think your masters degree is going to help you find a better job when you leave? Or a job with comparable salary? Ha! Good luck finding anything other than call center work when you leave this place.

The more I read everyone complaining, the more I realize what a group of morons I work with. Spelling aside (it's "DYING" not "dieing"), it's like none of you have worked in a real business before. Unfortunately, it will never be about you.

We are the highest paid call center reps. Thats true. It doesn't make us feel better though. If we wantes a call center job, we would apply for a call center job. Contrary to belief, there are SEVERAL of us that are very busy in ADG. Add in the huge dump of leads we just got (more to come), and now we have less time to do the job we were hired to do. Why not take a failing division and have them do it? Oh thats right, lets take the productive people who are making money for this sinking ship, and force them to do crap work.
Most UOP colleges stopped offering AA degrees over a year ago. So the AA graduates are slowing dwindling down. The ADG team is dieing so it makes sense to use excess capacity and apply it to ACC. On the bright side you're now the highest paid call center reps...
