From the Director level and below, why not stage a corporate HQ wide sick out. Use the corporate wide messaging service to engage in setting the day of the sick out. But, it will take the majority of the rank and file employees to do this to make it work. Also, if you're salaried, why are you working beyond noon anyway?

Can't say I have much sympathy for all you Sydney corporate people. None of you seem to know what it's like to be a lowly Outfitter. None of us ever had the ability to plan for the future with Cabela's. Our jobs are on the line every hour of every day. Just get on the wrong side of anyone in management and you're gone. Cause or no cause, they'll fight your unemployment and laugh about your plight.
I got out. It is a cruel, racist and heartless company.
What would this possibly resolve? What good would it do? It's not going to change anything and would probably be grounds for dismissal as insubordination.
If you had the fortitude to arrange for a sick out, that shows leadership ability and the ability to get people (your team and multiple teams) to do what's needed. Something that's lacking at Cabela's. In the end there are many unions that would seek you out for leadership abilities. Management seldom fires incompetent people. They generally let those individuals go that threaten their position or authority. Boards of directors are the same way. Why do you think Millner is still here?
