What is the typical SLB redundancy package offered in the UK, or across other countries?

For employees with 20+ years, they have given some reasonable packages. For younger employees, very little. The bottom line: everyone at SLB should be networking and lining up possibilities for another job.
In the UK they offer you the gibblets of a coworker, as long as you bury the remains somewhere in the New Forest...
As little as they can get away with while still getting you to sign the settlement agreement. They have down to fine art. Don' t believe a word they say. Hell has a special place for SLB HR people.
