South dominance is too much, lot of politics, Directors and Above feel they are GOD.. they treat employees very badly.. lack of clarity how this organization is going to shape up...

I have been with Cognizant with more than 9 years so I am qualified to comment here. Regionalism is so strong in Cognizant that it doesn't matter what you do or you don't do. Manager take decision with out any fear.. their arrogance is surprising. HR is pretty useless. The reason I am still with this company is that there is no guarantee that other companies will be better...
Its a pathetic place to work .. its quite true that people call it Chennai Technology Services .. most of the things happen only in Chennai, you grow up the ladder only if u r from Chennai or you speak Tamil .. else it takes ages. Or else you can have a god father from Chennai!!!!
