I can think of a few who fall well within the confines of the quoted statement. Typically they have little to no discernible skills or accomplishments, and get by solely upon their good looks and cute foreign accents.

1 billion dollars saving would probably translate to between 4000 to 6000 jobs? That transformation sure makes the company so much more efficient to reduce these many jobs
