Surprisingly honest feedback. Curious how companies seem to go thru similar birth, growth, plateau, decline phases. Even has the word synergism!
Unfortunately BK and BoD only care about how much money they can make and don't share the same passion for technology as the founders.

I agree @yaa. It was a VERY interesting read. Everything he was quitting about is the current issues at Intel. Very interesting indeed.
I would impose this letter as a mandatory read for all Intel, starting with the BoD, CEO, and waterfall to all management levels.
