ADG was just told (10.18.16 @ 9am) we will now be half time ADG Enrollment and half time QC indefinitely. Four hours of my day will be ADG, the other four QC. Apparently QC is severely understaffed, and our director chose us to be the beta department for this trial. There will be an eventual roll-out to all of enrollment. Again, eventually. No metrics were discussed, salary bump, etc. This now gives us LESS time to support our students. Enjoy your enrollemt jobs while you can folks.

Well I am glad you were able to post from work... maybe you need to get off the internet on your computer and devices to do work. What is your about calls for a day 20??? The average out bound for the division is right around there. Face facts... you guys do not get QC calls... now you will LOL at least you are still going to be here for a little while longer ..... 😋
My original post was 4 hours, which was true, UNTIL the ADG director came back and told us 2 hours. So no, Im not making stuff up. I havent had time to update my original post.
Theyre telling us theplan is to keep what QC folk they already have. ADG is supplementing the QC. Could this be a sign of no QC in the futureand enrollment having a dual role? Quite possible.
It was announced that you would do 2 hours not 4.... stop making sh-- up!!!!

Blood s---ing till the end of QC. Good luck enrollment you have no idea how much sh-- we screen before giving you the sh-- that makes it through us. I better find a job soon! I hate this place!
QC has not hired anyone in six months. Your information, we at the QC were waiting to happen. They have not told us but we figure our days are numbered. Your information is what we expect. QC gone ERs call all new leads. Good luck
