restructure debt outside of bankruptcy proceedings is on the line... EDMC keeping the doors open will be determined by this case.

Last I heard, the case was in a Manhattan Appeals Court but that was quite a while ago.
They haven't ruled yet?
@JUPsPiS, can you be more specific about the case? I thought that issue was over. In a way, it doesn't matter. It's likely that KKR is in the process of stripping out all of EDMC's valuable assets, and no one will sue KKR. What could possibly be left?
