justify keeping these people on. It seems they just shuffle these clowns around every six months or so. These people are not needed. They do zero work and complain if they even have to acknowledge any sort of situation. You have Sandouche strolling around as if he owns the joint. He protects the finance managers making these absurd salaries because they are all part of the good ole boys club. The lifers who have been here for 10+ years. These people lost touch a long time ago. They would have no idea how to service students on the floor. It is hard to believe that these people are still around. I can't wait for the new company to take over and fire all these imbeciles. You really have to question the integrity of anyone who would work for such an unscrupulous organization any longer than a couple of years. Regardless of the salary and vacation, everything you are doing is wrong. You can argue that you need to support a family but in the end it is just greed and having no values once so ever. You people might as well go work for a bookie because you are on the same level. If anyone had any pride and gave a crap about society, you would stop contributing to the burden this company has put on society. Thirty five billion in defaulted student loans so far from one institution. You people are sick! Two year in and I have seen the light. Forget waiting on a severance, I put my two weeks notice in on Friday. I look forward to being free of this nightmare.

You think that is bad...each of the executive deans makes over 300K...then you have the academic dean, program deans, dean of operations, dean of technology, dean of assessment...all of which make close to or over 100K within each college. But, when layoffs come...they lay off the person making 40K. :/ Soon the colleges will just have deans with no workers left.

I make over 100k at this pell ATM and reg all day and eat hamburgers.

My manager in enrollment does nothing knows nothing and cant help you get a student to Reg if life depended on it. She is so disconnected from what enrollment is and what we have to do. Shes embarassing and often reminded how little she knows. Yet she gets flags every month. What a joke.
