It was signed and mailed on September 19. It takes 21 business days to process severance. They stated severance are processed on Fridays and for me to call back. I called back today to confirm that I indeed did not receive it yet. The rep mentioned that someone who also submitted the agreement same day as me has not received their severance payment either. So now I have a case opened and they have deferred to the Tier 2 reps to follow up with Payroll.

You have the right to ask them to pay you till date since they havent paid you yet. Tell them you are on payroll till you get your final check out .
