We all know Cameron is a poor payer of redundancy payments , so what about SLB can you guys that were made redundant out there who worked for SLB share your redundancy terms conditions Age /service years any pension or health care benefits

Statutory pay set by Irish state is 1200 Euro per year of service . ex Gratia at present is 1 week with shift allowance capped at 25 years 2ND week with shift allowance capped at 10 years service . negotiations on going at present

we are also looking for details to represent UK. The proposal for Leeds is :

notice period

  • 1 week of pay for each year before tax

  • 1 week of pay for each year after tax (non taxable) - capped at 25yrs

  • 1 week of statutory pay (£479) for each year

non taxable element is up to the value of £30k

total redundancy package not to exceed total annual salary.
