QC shift bids came out this week. They will s---ing our blood before cutting the QC than its all enrollments problem. Im looking for a new job. Hate being here!

Qc is not the only department suffering, Enrollment is right there with you. The culture is horrible and I can't wait to leave, although I would have satisfaction if they had to pay me for unemployment.

Great shifts work all day then 4 hours on Friday or work long shifts and a Saturday. Screw this. Out
You are right. The shifts serve two purposes. One is to cover volume without enough people. When was the last time we had a training class? The second is to discourage workers which leads to employees quitting. The less employees on state unemployment the better for UoPX. Thank You QC for showing your true agenda
