How is SHTC doing? Any more redundancies announced where they LIE that a decision has not been taken yet.

With such poor and ineffective management who are so detached from dealing with the real issues that has kept moral so low for so long this technology centre will remain a miserable and soulless workplace to work in, no wonder so many people are off sick.
Expect a continuing loss of work to China and the end of all tool production from building A.
As to the future of all other product lines and development as commented in the previous post It is not looking good.
Moral is lower than a snakes' backside. 'Orders' are fluctuating and it looks like they are trying to get rid of old assembly stock. Management do not understand the difference between production and firm sales orders. Many people off sick and it is like a ghost town. Management only deal with the easy stuff. It is not looking too good.
