We arent getting any raises/bonus this year. But you know Crapelli,Ragu and all those idiots are getting theirs.

Confirmed by Tim's email this afternoon: No raises in fiscal year 2017. Who wants to bet our healthcare costs spike up when open enrollment starts next month?

Actually, there were some employees, not upper management, that got them. Not sure how many got them or how much, but they did get them.

What about the retention bonuses that went out? Those should count for something.
vab, you are totally on target with that comment. They are setting you up to walkout on your own with no package. Managers are expected to deliver this message with no written info. This is total b.s.!!
They are more interested in firing you for any reason than giving you a bonus so they dont have to pay you a severance pkge..they are trying to reduce payroll..!!!
Have you gotten the email that we are getting bonus....no!? Yearly first disbursement is by November but still no word...why is that.?!

Been here at UOP 12 years and I'm finally tired of how our leadership continues to lie and screw us. Little birdie told me the VPs and up are getting bonuses but for all others there will be nada.
