First Compaq....then Noble.......obviously a good spot for failing companies.
Maybe a well run company will soon occupy those 2 buildings !

Noble... Sears/K-Mart... These are two companies with similar futures. Liquidation.
I think Sears-K-Mart is looking at that building.
