Per Raghu's town hall yesterday, he said there are no planned layoffs. I'm guessing the college is waiting on the buyout to happen first before making a decision like that.

This is horse tihs. I do not believe this for a second.
Of course he is not going to say but he has no problem lying in front of a group of people. That tells me a lot. He could say we are cutting cost and everything is on the table.
What did you think he was going to say??? "Yes on December 1 we will be laying off 500 people." Lie he's going to tell anyone...duh

Raghu cares about no one but himself. None of the executives care about any of you who remain employed at UOP. They don't care about the students anymore either. The executives only want their money from from the deal. If you think otherwise, wait until the deal closes (if it closes) and you will see their true colors!
Hes full of sh--. He said they were going after people "not doing their job" and he just laid off DQSS.
I doubt there are 'good' ones left, sorry, I can't believe it..good ones work else where- no?
