On one of the floors in 1400 the satellite feed for the tv broke and CBRES apparently won't repair it so someone hooked up a digital antenna. I wonder if anyone emailed JW about that cost savings?

I take big dumps all over HOU150 after feasting on breakfast tacos. I go to different floors all the time, leaving my smelly calling card, then tossing in the entire roll of toilet paper before walking out without flushing.

I have been using the printer paper for TP, just crush it up a few times and it works fine!

The observations made by the OP are the results of expense cutbacks in building maintenance and external contractor services. It's inevitable to see these things happening. Once things level out and management starts to feel the pinch of their knee-jerk decisions, you'll see these conveniences return to normal. For now, bring a ceramic mug and you favorite blend of coffee to work. It won't hurt to bring a roll of your favorite toilet paper too. Enter at least 8 profiles in your printer queue and wait for oil prices to hit a steady $60 or more. Drastic times call for drastic measures.
