So morale across IT is especially busted after making my way through the horrible week walking through the silent depressing hallways of the campus. What would make a company that had a net income last year of around 2 billion layoff high performance employees? There is no issue with Lowes and money so the budget cut answer is BS.

Maybe if Sterling worked and didn't cost a Billion we wouldn't be in this position.
Same here. Management has become a nightmare. Using intimidation and chaotic Poorly timed huge projects that are unplanned and last minute because our asm is trying to manager ours amd three other departments.
