They laid off a mechanic in maintenance, yet there still 3 management people and 2 lead men to manage 7 people. Stupidity at its finest.

In Berwick, if you are a family member or a real good s---er, you'll keep your job even if you're too stupid to do it (example: quality manager). It's always been about who you know and who you blow!
Exactly the same thing that Weatherford is doing. Laying off all the good workers but keeping all the dam managers that don't know a thing.

Sounds fitting for Cameron and their stupid thoughts in regards to management. Cameron's motto- lay off the workers and keep management that doesn't know a darn thing!!!!
