After 10 years and some great memories, its time to move to higher ground before the ship sinks, payout or no payout. Good luck to all of you that choose to stay. All I can say is life goes on and happiness does exist outside of CPC. It will be a matter of time before the company is back on the layoff train. Most management is certain of it.

Truth is human nature makes most people think they are immune from a layoff. The one warning is that all oil companies are very similar and I think your best bet is to Mary money or start your own compan.
It's like being on the Titanic. You can move your chairs around, but you are still going down,,,,,,,
I'm actively out looking and as soon as I find the right spot I will leave this cruise ship. Companies are hiring, in case you haven't noticed.
