no more layoff, slb just need to send current employees to hell?? Layoff too much, now ton of work load and same salary. And all manager do is coming in at 10am for meeting and take lunch at 12 then disappear till next time whenever he decide to appear again.
People are afraid of meeting HR for the second and last time in their careers.
Time to reduce the HR departments by outsourcing their paper-pushing functions.
