I heard one of the engineers already has a job somewhere else, will quit when he is formally on board at another company, wondering ....

Good luck to this person , this will be a grave mistake . They will never be able to work for Baker Hughes again . These X BJ Engineers were treated very good and really spoiled , now they show appreciation by leaving and probably giving up trade secrets . Baker Hughes can have any engineer in the world and you were chosen !
