Has Schlumberger come after any ex-employee for the $50,000 promissory note for mud school?

I've only known them to go after guys that quit before their 3 years was up to go to work for a competitor. If you quit and do something other than drilling fluids...you should be good. I asked HR for a copy of that contract SEVERAL times and kept being denied access to it, I was laid off 30 days before my contract was up a few months being offered 3X the salary at a competitor.
