I would think they would announce a sale before the earnings call. If they don't, I'm guessing that there isn't going to be a sale.

They can announce any time probably won't be on an earnings call
We are getting fatigued here. Just sell/merge/whatever the friggin' company and give us the needed excuse to finally find another job.
