When will the bonus gets deposited into the account?

Webletters were issued on the 21st and payments on the 30th. I have a feeling that not many who were let go are going to get a bonus... basically because they don't have to. My boss told me twice in the "you still work here for one month" month that I was getting a bonus. I asked him about it again 2 weeks ago and he brought up the fact that his boss has the final say-so on bonus and he promised to forward the webletter to my private email because I sent back all of the equipment/laptop to him on the 19th. The 21st came and went and nothing. I've reached out to him twice since the 21st and nothing. He strung me along until I sent the laptop/equipment to him.
