Km is ok. He's safety not quality. Don't know who DK is. Referring to CG. He is terrible. Lots of good folks have left because of him. As in most companies poor managers drive away good people and the company as a whole pays the price.

Quality won't improve because the guy in charge of the day to day quality stuff is even more incompetent than the guy they just fired.
Maybe a new quality manager will mean some actual quality. Does anyone even look at this stuff before it goes out the door??

Several more people are leaving voluntarily too. Like rats on a sinking ship. This place needs to replace the entire management team. Off to a good start with yesterday's move.
May be more house cleaning before the week is over. Let's hope.
