... at least that's what the most recent employee engagement survey says. Yet, or leaders are still failing to comprehend the message. We sit on call after call after call and hear their smoke and mirror routine about increased transparency, visibility, approachability, blah, blah, blah. The amount of useless busywork being pulled on is is ridiculous. We'll be lucky to see another 90-120 days as any sort of reputable (loosely defined) institution of learning. The bottom is about to root out from underneath us and the descent into the pits of hell will be upon us. Just hoping and praying for a merciful end in the form of a severance package.

You REALLY think the college will close? I really don't. I think the college, as shady as it is, has made strides to improve itself. I DO think there will be more layoffs though. Plus I think there will be more scrutiny now that ITT Tech is all but done. I really wish the college was more transparent, but I also think the college doesnt quite know what it's going to do. Just my $.02
