Gulfstream is a great place to work but if your a minority do expect to be come or get into a leadership position. Gulfstream Aerospace has no minority in top VP or VP, Director(limited), or Senior management position. The signal been sent to minorities is your not welcome in leadership position..

BT IS FULL OF RACISM starting with the CIO.. She doesn't really talk to minorities even though we have a lot of us working for her. The CIO who is letting IBM run the show so why do we need her.. plus we have more directors then needed and the sad thing is none of them are minorities. Does that tell you something. We aren't welcome... Plus manager that idiots got the job because they are in with someone..

Gulfstream is a place full of racism. Managers appointment that aren't qualified for the position but Gulfstream turns a blind eye to it. Sadly a lot of hardworking employees have been layoff because they received a bad ERP due to they questioned management or that manager. The employees need to have the ability to evaluate managers. They get away with because senior managers appointed them..
I agree... I've been employed at Gulfstream for 21 years and I haven't seen a minority leaders in along time. Oh one in IT other that I agree NOT WELCOME.. it's a good old boy company.. I'd also like to know why..
