The past several months enrollment and its "leadership" have been having on going meetings about ways to bypass the QC. There have also been pilot groups of ERs working on the dialer the past 6 months...doesn't take a lot to put this together. QC is going away and all inbound will go to the smaller, cheaper Customer Service teams while ERs work on a dialer to make up for the call volume.

Keep telling yourself that; the training is meant to keep the few non-sh-- bags in the QC on as the "new" ERs. QC is being phased out and Enrollment is going to adapt QCs strategies.
A pilot QC team is learning Enrollment skills . QC is going no where.

Where is Tim in this discussion? Freaking idiot. A person as dumb as him convincing others that the QC was worth keeping around. What a freaking JOKE! He needs to be terminated already. Oh and not to mention putting his girlfriend into one of the enrollment VP positions. She has no business being in that role.
