Why do the upper management not honour staff whom have been paid off with matching shares in company it's pretty awful that this 5 year tax free system should be with draw and also halliburton stop paying into uk stiffeners pension.

I would like to know OSHA's opinion on that policy. ANYTHING that has the potential to fk over management and their stupid policies, are worth the effort in trying.
I agree with your comments the people that run this company look after them selfes and nobody else even when they lay off staff they work there sums out. What a penny pinching out fit.

Run by a bunch of bean-counters now and college kids who don't know anything other than Powerpoint and Excel. In the old days it was run by people who actually worked the entry level jobs and moved their way up and understood what 'work' really is. Sadly, HAL isn't the only one, it's a disease that affects ALL U.S. companies.
