Sure this is an O&G complany but can you do your job if you don't have your laptop, email, cell phone or any applications? If you think so turn in your stuff and see how much oil you will find.

That is very much true. Particularly for the expats. If you're on the must move list and won't get a job you're pretty much goner.

pdc will certainly reduce headcount. there will be left standing in this fall's pdc and an official ROM in 1h2017.

It's more likely they will use the ROM process to reduce headcount. The PDC process is normally scheduled twice annually as a structured job posting and selection process.
