If got the card in the mail but didn't call the 800 number or send a letter to be excluded from the settlement, you are already INCLUDED. You have to request to NOT be included.

I'm in it. I no longer work there but when I did I was concerned about retaliation if I didn't opt out of it. Just waiting on the court ruling now.

What will happen if i still work for wft and sign up on the lawsuit. Will my name be given to wft so they can retaliate against me?

If you are still employed by WFT and don't know how corrupted they are, you deserve what you get.

They will be handing out Weatherford T-shirts in small, golf tees and notepads for compensation. If you are lucky you might get a coozie and a hat.

I probably would have received a letter but was told to only put 80 hours on my timecard, even though I worked way more. My time would not be approved for OT and yes I'm salary or was salary. I stopped working OT then was laid off.

That's nice. I received one with a very sh--ty offer. I spent 5 yrs in the field and they didn't offer much at all. In all honesty - it makes no sense.

Yes it included an amount, a pretty decent amount to really consider sending my paperwork in

Did your letter include a monetary amount? As for qualifying, I'm going with yes. If you received a letter, weigh your options!

Thanks for the info, so if i get a letter i qualify for the claim?

You get the money/amount they list - and nothing else. Plus - you forfeit the ability to seek further damages/compensation and you can NEVER file suit against them for the same claim, again. At least that's my understanding...

I wouldn't count on that money coming.

Or should I say - selling the fleet, attempting to take for granted the employees struggling to hold onto a paycheck, and all but not paying them... Ugh - one piece of advice.... Don't count your chickens on ever getting that money - especially if they go bankrupt!

That's good at least! That explains why they are scrounging for pennies....
