Crackerhead is just a d--k with ears. Look at the retarded Art Soucy he doesn't know if he is riding or walking!

Apart from constructing an utterly worthless executive team that had little knowledge of the oil business, there is another indication that the demise of BHI was orchestrated a very long time ago: If you had a company called Baker Hughes with it's headquarters in Houston, surely it would be a common sense branding decision to have an office presence, even your HQ in Hughes Landing; a new and premier real estate area in the Woodlands Houston (named after THE Mr. Hughes himself). The complex was planned more than five years ago and no enquiries were ever received from Baker Hughes. Just a bit strange..
... oops. ...was not conceived before...
Craighead is the greatest opportunist. No one can convince many of us that the proposed sellout to HAL was conceived before Chad Deaton ever left. As one former employee (a very good asset, I might add) commented, Craighead was a champion at self promotion and taking credit for every good fortune the company experienced while running every segment and every product line he was responsible for into the dirt. Looks like more of the same on a bigger scale. From what I've seen, a country club jail would be too good for the dirtbag.
