I love it. Hundreds of thousands a year while people are walked out the door daily who have 10 times the industry knowledge and experience. Half those guys can barely shave! Brilliant!
Millions spent and all that will be left is pink slips, tears and powerpoints, LOL! A tremendous ROI in these trying times.
180 to 250 per hour for blended rate (fixed rate per team member regardless of their level) - individually, they range from 120 to 450 per hour, the partner is on top and charges only few hours per week, analysts are at the bottom. Offshore consulting resources can be about 30 to 40% less... A customary 15% is added as a fixed amount to cover expenses (hotel, rentals, meals, flights) and they take a cut from vendors if they recomend them (this is pure marging for them as it costs them nothing to generate this revenue which on a 500k piece of software is a nice sum)
