Thread regarding Baker Hughes Inc. layoffs

Is obviously that the oil business is down and the oil companies have to adjust their head count according with the market. I am one of the engineers in oil industry that soon I will have to leave my job. I am in consultation process and I wasn't happy with some aspects. I called ACAS in UK to ask for advise than I discussed with HR and with my manager. ACAS service is really good and helpful. You don't have to give your name or the company you are working for. Ask for advise and than clarify everything inside BHI with HR and your manager.
