Doesn't seem fair that America gets all the pain and UK gets nothing. Our pension is untouched and so is our pay. Should be a fairer system. Ps. I'm a Uk worker.
Affects hourly paid. Can't reduce salary paid or open up employee to claim backdated overtime and claim overtime
you won't need to concern yourself with the furloughs, obviously someone missed an assignment already

There are having managers discuss this atrocity with their employees before the employees get the email. Some sort of deluded notion that it will make it more palatable.
