Execs don't get the pay cut since they have actual employment agreements that lay out terms of compensation. Pay will only be cut for rank and file employees below the C-suite level.

And I was told 9/11 thru 12/18 and then we get the 5 % back, but even then a heckuva lot more than $ 7 million. It feels like they are purposely trying to continue to aggravate the work force. Give 4 executives $ 6.5 M and then get ~ 20 K USA employees to pay for it.
It's 5% for us employees. So you can't use the total company global number. Not sure what other countries are doing to cut costs, but the 5% cuts announced today are for USA.
Don't under stand they said it will save 7 million but if you do the math 36,000 x 5% would be 108 million on which I used $60,000 salary something is fishy
