I've heard there is an ongoing Class Action Lawsuit against Baker. Anyone have any more info on it? I would like to join it.
Apparently it is a group of women that were laid off wrongfully. The women are seeking for Baker to disclose how they determine which employees to layoff.
Any help would be appreciated
