Back four years ago we had people standing around looking at each other and not needed. Had all these essential personnel positions that was policy and oh they were not essential after all. The company pissed away all the capital when times were good. Now they have no backup plan. Hold on boys this ship is sinking because of poor management. CEO should be tar and feathered.
