Why do you think the Zhang's continue to buy into ITT Tech (ESI)? Some possibilities:
() for ESI's real estate (not likely, given the company's debt obligations)
() the price seems like a bargain (possible, given current cash flow)
() to get lesser performing Chinese students visas (possible, especially during unstable times in China)
() to move money out of China
() to turn ITT Tech around (given that the elder Zhang has experience with vocational schools)
It doesn't look like a passive investment to me.
