So we got sued for demanding enrollment quotas so we "supposedly" stopped alignment with the Matrix. However, when I look at my Metrics all that is are numbers based on my New Degree Enrollments, First Course Completion, Applications, Referrals, Referrals Converted--in summary all numbers that are drawn up on a graph. So if my graph line is below everyone else I'm in trouble! If my graph line is above the national average (numbers) then I am doing well and don't risk getting written up. So what the heck is the difference? The trend lines are still all numbers. For example, in our last team meeting we discussed that the National average of New Enrollments (REGs) is 7 then I should be above 7, now isn't that a quota? Can someone please explain to me why they are still doing this? How can they still be writing up people for not enrolling enough? I know this business survives on the amount of new students that get Registered but how is it that they can still impose a quota? Help me understand this concept I have only been at it for 3 years and am confused, obviously.

Shut up and dial you little monkey, don't question how we manage your life, we pay you to do not think, got it? We own you! If you don't like it then LEAVE! You s--- at enrolling anyway!
I'll join the lawsuit, just tell me when and where
Shut up, do your job, or quit. Stop whining.
The difference is now you're in trouble when before it was tied to compensation. You can get in trouble for not enrolling students but you can't make more for doing well.
Looks like you have the start of a nice lawsuit on your hands. Just get a group of other ER and start a lawsuit, UOP always settles, easy payday for you. From what I heared from a reliable source this happens all the time and UOP budgets this as a normal cost of business. Do it now before they are raped of all their capital.
Managers have talking points to circumvent the intent of enrollment regulations.
Mgr says its not the same its seems that way to me.
@HEY UOP, did you ask your manager?

It's a "business".

You've been (there) three years and just now questioning this?

Because they can.

Quit trolling.
