no HSE isn't needed at all. If you morons could do something as simple as remember to wear your PPE, yeah how hard is it to put on a pair of safety glasses? YET! on a daily basis, some dipsh*t get something in his eye because he "forgot" Remembers to bring a cell phone to the site, but can't remember a simple little thing to save his eye site.

The great and powerful, all knowing HSE, will take care of us and make us safe each day by telling us to drive 10 miles an hour in the plots, 3 point contact on the stairwells, no walking and talking on the phone, no coffee without lids..... I have had these all knowing dweebs submit Hoc's about walking and talking, but no stop work!!!!!! If is such a damn hazzard, stop the employee that is in violation of the safety issue and explain. Instead, you send hoc's around for a few weeks before any are closed out. Most PSLs require employees to submit three of these stupid hoc's each month. So they go out and make crap up, your safety program is a joke.
Stay with the important aspects of safety like the permits And sniffing for flatulents in confined spaces. Oh and by the way, the OSHA and EPA reg's are not that hard to figure out. I have showed alot of these
HSE people where to find stuff and even prove them wrong on multiple occasions.

I sure all of you know how to keep all of the environmental permits, with out them you can't make a part or even think of starting a hole, I bet all of you know just how to stay inside all of the OSHA and EPA regs that if you violate they shut you down but a guess you mental giants all know how to calculate the twa for benzene. You don't know what HSE is doing until late it gets screwed up. When we are doing our job correctly it should be quite, oh and stop doing stupid sh**. we hate RHS and taproot more than all of you neanderthalshould put together. And one last thing it don't mater if the location has 1000 people or 10 we still have to do all of the same work to keep up the permits,

You obviously don't know how the system is set up, there are several ways for the utility bills to be paid.
There are several ways to set up janitorial, landscaping, HVAC, electrical, plumbing and other facility maintenance services.
We do not need a bunch of parasites like Real Estate Services to handle that.
You are obviously too ignorant to understand..... And obviously are one of the res parasites!!!
They are worthless, they should get rid of these parasites, and the space rates should stop immediately. Each PSL can pay their own utility cost. Let the site procurement manage these costs and they can handle the landscaping and janitorial services as well.
If you're that damn stupid I hope you don't have a job of any importance. Or better yet, no job. Start of with 'How does each PSL know how much of the utility bill they owe?'. dumb--s.

Sad but true, if they stopped the space rates, Real Estate Services would automatically go away...... They are unsustainable..... They bring no money in and are an overhead.

Our space rates pay for all of them and all of the executives bonuses, vacation homes, trips and everything else......it is like a slush fund and there is no accountability.

People that are actually qualified to manage the HVAC, electrical and plumbing and maintenance of the facility. Hse should be renamed as htsp ( how to stop productivity). when involved recently in another stop work, i made the stupid statement . "surely thats just common sense", only to be told " you are not allowed to use common sense" by our hse specialist.
