Thread regarding University of Phoenix layoffs

So, you, your neighbor, friends or family feel like they can't get a job or career with a degree from UOP?

That falls in 3 categories: lazy, unprepared and/or entitled. It's quite funny that you think that you have a degree that I would hire you. Regardless, of education, race,age, etc. Doesn't matter where you graduate from. If you can't interview, sale yourself or have have a POA, you aren't going to pass the process. Whether you got it it from UOP or Stanford...

Furthermore, if you want to succeed, don't be stupid and s--- at life (Camden). We have google, Facebook, snap chat, etc. to make hiring decisions. If you want to get ahead in life, work harder than everyone, keep your politics/religion/social movements to yourself, show up on time, don't call out, or s--- at life... Regardless of where you graduate from this is the key to success...

I also got a job pretty easy, and was treated really good from upper management because they thought I was mormon, and then stopped talking to me and treating me like I didn't exist when they found out I wasn't mormon. No more hellos, or even the so called open door policy was shut, everything dried up. I even tested it out by pretending I was mormon when I went to another team and then all of a sudden my new manager was like putty in my hand, WHAT KIND OF CRAP IS THIS!!! I shouldn't have to pretend I'm mormon just to have a job, this is so sick and wrong on so many levels.

I got my job at UOP so easy because I was a mormon. It lasted for 15 years, I found out the truth about Mormonism and bailed out. The company definitely takes care of the "brothers and sisters".

Here is the UOP keys to success -- promote the devilish mormon cult / band together and infiltrate a good business / then take over leadership positions / bring on more Mormons / wear magic underwear / then destroy it from the inside to unlock more leadership positions / then milk a good company to death / have 12 babies and 3 wives / baptize Hitler / then have secret Masonic meetings to worship the devil / rinse and repeat
