As I posted several weeks ago, camps like Grand Junction will serve as "management enclaves", serving as a hiding place for unnecessary management of all levels, who are, at present, serving NO purpose, but must be retained for their a---kissing abilities, and/or their personal relationship with higher management.
Obviously, they retain their full salaries and benefits, and their new homes are being purchased by Halliburton., but their absence from their former camps is explained as that they "were victims of the downsizing".
35 ? 35, do we need that many?
