A close friend of mine who is the in the membership committee of BEN told me that the whole BEN is decimated because of the layoff. He expect the same to AEN and BOOMER. Might as well shut down all the network.

PC regarding the Holocaust? The greatest generation is rolling in their graves. I don't agree with having all the employee networks but joking about humans being turned into soap and lampshades is classless, poor taste, and a new low for this site. Has nothing to do with being PC.

Check the Chevron website about workplaces diversity. It states that Chevron has 20 committees/groups dedicated to diversity, especially LGBT. Aldo, it is part of the employee review process. Chevron is the most PC and forced multicultural company in the oil industry. If only the upper management had 20 groups dedicated to making sure their employees knew what the hell they were doing and could meet a deadline without screwing up everything.

Good. We never needed these membership groups anyway. I see these groups as a waste of company time and resources.
