Thread regarding Chesapeake Energy Corp. layoffs

No big deal... $ wise but Am Excess wasn't paid by Aubrey to the tone of nearly 10 grand.

No big deal... 10 grand dollar- wise ??? but that 10 grand bill from Am Excess wasn't paid by Aubrey or his estate. So you say that's not big money or a nothing bill for a man of Aub's stature... but then they also closed POP's Deli in the 63rd Street Am Energy building and they got that space rent free. POPS is a whole different investment outside oil and gas and they can't keep it going. Why the hell would you close a money maker? Oh... that's right... they could not solicit business outside of the building. DUMB! Looks like he leveraged everything. His probate has now gone to the Supreme Court of Oklahoma because creditors are seeing the light. The creditors are just now starting to show their heads and there will be many. Guess all the friends he borrowed from are SOL! And so are the lenders who allowed Aub's to borrow against the Thunder. And now more lawsuits CHK has to endure in Kansas because of Aubrey's antics. What's that saying... once a liar, cheater, thief.... You did a lot for this community Aubrey... but you and many others including Ward will always be a scourage -- and you ruined the future investments of my industry forever. Both of you are and were like windmills in a tornado environment.

The POPS's deli is now closed at the 63rd street and Harvey Bldg. Sad. Is Deep Fork and Provision Kitchen next?
