Hiring/firing process at QCOM is so corrupt: they fire Americans thru phone PIP and replace them with Chinese, Indians that they bring over that they threaten to deport if they Don't work around the clock ; and repeat this process over and over.

Sounds like the first reply is from HR. I am sure that there are many More qualified HR candidates for HR positions than the current team that we have at QUALCOMM. Maybe QUALCOMM recruiting should focus on this area next, since the current team does nothing for the employee and is only a lackey for the executive team.
Or there are hiring managers who are biased toward their own race and possibly getting kickbacks from either the person hired or the agency sponsoring the candidate?
