Hal's management doesn't give a chit about small guys. All they think their bonus check. Pathetic! 3.5 Bill went out to the door, and little guys take the hit.. it's a joke!
I agree with the last comment's these people at so called top board level are bringing a once great company down they should be embarrassed in there leader ship if there is any good left these people need to go huge pay packets with bonuses shares pension and all the rest.
It's great people that work hard onshore and offshore get treated with no respect.
Have a look into yahoo finance and see how much these people rob the company for they say dick Turpin was a thief but many on board level.
There are many many more layoffs heading our way!!!!!!!

Time will tell and I can't predict the future, but look for at least 10 thousand more employees getting cut before the end of 2016.
No drilling, no jobs going out the door, no orders coming in, our bills far exceed funds coming in...... Layoffs are inevitable......
Also, look for more sites and facility closures.
We are not out of the woods and there is no light at the end of the tunnel yet!
Probably won't be back to good numbers until late 2017.
