The responses so far are pretty brutal. I'm shocked management is letting people see each other's replies on the survey site.

Waggl results showed that more than 50% of staff live in fear of next layoffs, fear new management and fear speaking the truth. The question that asked if you thought there was open communication between management/leadership and staff got only a 30% somewhat agreed result. Morale is at an all time low! All people speak about is what jobs they are applying for and where they will go when its their turn. Horribly sad state of affairs. The mormons have finally run this ship into the ground and its not turning around. Its a tiny morsel of the organization it once was. SAD SAD SAD

They're pretty bad, I took mine the other day and was relieved to see how people really feel. I'm here to finish my degree then out.
Cumdump has been trolling these sites for years stirring up problems. He is an out of work former community college instructor that blames for-profit schools for all his problems and lack of teaching opportunities. Cumdump has never worked at any of the for-profit schools, but believes everything he reads on the internet. Cumdump idolizes politicians like Clinton, Warren, Durbin and others that believe the government should have total control over everything.
Tensions are high. Trust is low. Toxic office politics are palpable. Everyone hates their job. Empty shells of a person drone on in tiny cubicles. Some use excessive fake joy to soften the soul crushing deadness. Some have withdrawn into silence. Others enjoy gossip to blow of steam. Others disconnect for a few minutes with a cigarette, but it's not working anymore. Excercise doesn't work anymore. Sports talk doesn't work anymore. What I'm doing for the weekend doesn't work anymore. Fake committees don't work anymore. Team meetings don't work anymore. Breaks don't work anymore. Free swag doesn't work anymore. Shopping doesn't work anymore. Hobbies don't work anymore. Anxiety attacks are more frequent. Medication isn't working anymore. Sleepless nights. Surveys don't work anymore. The fear is swelling. I lie to my self that it will be ok. I lie to others that I'm not worried. We sit next to others and grumble along, fake it, pretend everything will be ok. I should start looking. The layoffs are not coming, but only soul crushing. Soul crushing. Swipe the badge. Soul crushing. Take the elevator. Soul crushing. Clock in. Soul crushing. Systems that don't work. Soul crushing. Students who don't care. Soul crushing. Leadership deep in scandal. Soul crushing. Sexual harassment. Soul crushing. Religious harassment. Soul crushing. Age harassment. Soul crushing. Race discrimination. Soul crushing. Being overlooked for promotion for years. Soul crushing. Friends getting the axe. Soul crushing. But it will be ok, I will continue to lie to myself as I swipe my badge tomorrow, and join the group of liars. We lie to students all day. We lie to get them to join. We lie about their ability to succeed. We lie to our bosses during one-on-ones. Our bosses lie to us that they know nothing. We lie to students about their financial aid. We lie to survive. We lie to our friends about the important work we do. We lie to ourselves. We lie. We don't rise. We lie. We lie. And then we lie.
Camden you ARE the bad person here. You instigate, inflate and inflame. You stir up and invent things that aren't there. Not being an employee you have no firsthand knowledge whatever about the company. Your insane obsession with the university is unnatural. You have no affiliation. Leave the people that work there alone and stop contributing to the stress they and their families already have. For God's sake stop.

Some people spoke out and were tossed out or quit.
Others resisted but were required--by contract--to say nothing when they left.
Some decided to say nothing and were complicit.

Is there any way to get a copy of the survey results?
They send these surveys out because they use them as a benchmark for bonuses. I know for a fact that this is true because I was part of those bonus pools at one point. They get a reading every year and if they make improvements at all, even the slightest, they get 15% or so of their total bonus. Because revenues s---, enrollment is down, and students aren't staying...they have to come up with other ways to incent leaders.
