Be ready, this was announced and will probably affect a few hundred Sikorsky employees - they are ruthless and there is no loyalty coming from the management side - job cuts cut expenses, and right now that's all that they care about - cut expenses, increase short term profits, get large bonuses, etc. God bless.

I agree that Lockheed is ruthless in 2016 layoffs but add that the senior level deadwoods needs to be terminated.

They'll probably go after selected non-performers and the 55+ crowd. No wonder the smart young ones tend to leave after being exposed to all the bs for a while.
